Yes. For off-site depositions we have suites located throughout our service areas or we can accommodate your needs in-house at our Sayville office. Our Sayville office has all the amenities of a modern office: Wi-Fi, large screen monitors for video conferencing, and a kitchenette. Note, all settings include the ability to access Wi-Fi and space for a videographer. If you need something specific, do not hesitate to contact us.
We do not charge a fee for canceling a deposition more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time. However, within 24 hours, we charge a market rate fee to account for the court reporter’s time.
